Brooks Daly is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, an intergovernmental organization with 117 member states founded in 1899 and devoted to the peaceful settlement of international disputes. Mr. Daly heads a team of lawyers and administrative staff at the Peace Palace in The Hague, who assist parties and arbitral tribunals in proceedings conducted under the auspices of the PCA. Prior to joining the PCA, Mr. Daly served as Counsel at the ICC in Paris and practiced with law firms in London and Los Angeles.
